This privacy policy serves to inform about the most important aspects of the data processing of this website. The use of this website is possible without any indication of personal data. If you contact us via the contact form, the processing of personal data will be necessary. For this processing of personal data, we generally obtain the consent of the data subject. We process your data on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG).

As soon as you access or visit my website, your IP address, as well as the beginning and end of the session are recorded. This is due to technical reasons and therefore represents a legitimate interest iSv Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO. This privacy policy only refers to the website “evias.at”, for which Matthias Landgraf (see imprint) is responsible. If you are redirected to other sites via links, I ask you to inform yourself about the data protection on the respective other website.

General data & information

Each time a person visits this website, a number of general data and information are automatically collected. This general data and information is stored in so-called log files of the server. The following information is collected there:  Browser types and versions, the operating system used by the accessing system, the website from which an accessing system accesses our website (so-called referrer), the sub-websites that are accessed via an accessing system on our website, the date and time of access to the website, an Internet protocol address (IP address), the Internet service provider of the accessing system and other similar data and information that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

However, by means of this general data and information, no conclusions can be drawn concerning the data subject. This information is only required to correctly deliver and optimize the content of the website and to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for prosecution in the event of a cyber attack. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from any personal data provided by a data subject.

Contact requests

If you use my contact form, your name, email address and message text will be collected. In this case, the data processing serves to contact you and by clicking the send button, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. The processing is based on Art. 6 para 1 lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke this consent by notifying office@evias.at.

The e-mail address you provide in the contact form will be used exclusively for processing the request.

Information on the collection & storage of data

The data processed when using this website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations and no other information is provided below on individual processing procedures.

Art. 6 I lit. a DS-GVO serves here as the legal basis for processing operations in which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations that are necessary for the provision of a service or consideration, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b DS-GVO. The same applies to such processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries about our services. If we are subject to a legal obligation by which a processing of personal data becomes necessary, such as for compliance with tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c DS-GVO.

Ultimately, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 I lit. f DS-GVO. Processing operations which are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if the processing is necessary for the protection of a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not overridden. Such processing operations are permitted to us because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator.

The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for the fulfillment or initiation of the contract.

Data security

We use all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect the data of website visitors from unlawful access by third parties. One measure for this is the data transfer via SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer). This procedure encrypts all transmitted information.

Privacy policy on the use and application of LinkedIn

Components of the LinkedIn service are integrated on this website. LinkedIn is a platform for networking business contacts.

The operating company of LinkedIn is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.  For data protection issues outside the USA, LinkedIn Ireland, Privacy Policy Issues, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, is responsible.

With each individual call of this website, which is equipped with a LinkedIn component (=LinkedIn icon) (LinkedIn plug-in), this component causes the browser used by the data subject to download a corresponding representation of the component from LinkedIn. As part of this technical procedure, LinkedIn receives knowledge of which specific subpage of our website is visited by the data subject. If the data subject is logged in to LinkedIn at the same time, LinkedIn recognizes which specific sub-page the data subject is visiting with each call to our website by the data subject and for the entire duration of the respective stay on our website. This information is collected by the LinkedIn component and assigned by LinkedIn to the respective LinkedIn account of the data subject. If the data subject activates a LinkedIn button integrated on our website, LinkedIn assigns this information to the personal LinkedIn user account of the data subject and stores this personal data.

LinkedIn offers the ability to unsubscribe from email messages, SMS messages, and targeted ads, as well as manage ad settings at https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls.
